Anthony Giarusso introduced a bill to end the use of traffic cameras in Rhode Island, calling the systems “nothing more than a government cash grab.” Giarusso, a Republican from East Greenwich, proposes that the state eliminate all traffic camera systems, including red-light and speed cameras.
